Favorite Modules

In the new version of the mobile application, employees will be able to mark any module as a favorite. Modules marked this way will appear in the first row on the home page. Up to three tiles can be marked as favorites. This limit ensures that important company modules remain visible on the home page.

This feature is intended primarily for situations where employees frequently use a module that is hidden inside a folder. Thanks to this feature, they can easily pin it to the home page and keep it close at hand. Adding a module is simple — just press and hold the tile and select “Add to Favorites.”

Along with this feature, we are also preparing an intuitive guide that will explain to employees how to use it. In addition, the application itself will start tracking which modules the user uses frequently and, after some time, will offer the option to add them to favorites. This ensures that employees become aware of this feature. Our goal is for them to know what tools are available in the application so they can make full use of its potential.

Public API – Working with Files

In this version, we are continuing to expand the possibilities for integrating JOBka with other systems. Our public API will now also support file transfer. This opens up opportunities for further and more advanced integrations that can make your work easier.
