Become an Integration and Support Specialist for JOBKA – the most popular enterprise communications app and the fastest growing product in the industry. You’ll work with partners and customers, help implement our product, and make sure integrations and day-to-day support run smoothly. You’ll have a job that combines technical skills, analysis and communication.What you’ll be doing

Prepare analyses of integrations and collaborate with partners.
Participate in day-to-day user support.
Prepare mobile apps according to client requirements (no programming).
Assist with process mapping and documentation of integrations for partnership and client solution development.
Attend IT and partner meetings and be prepared to answer technical questions.

What we expect from you

IT knowledge and a willingness to learn in the area of integrations and support.
Practical knowledge of HTML, CSS and working with JSON, understanding of network and data security principles.
Group B driver’s license.
Communicative knowledge of English B2+.
Ability to explain technical topics clearly to both HR and IT people.
Independence in organizing work, flexibility and team spirit.
Willingness to learn new things and a positive attitude to work.
