This was followed by Tereza Maisner’s presentation How to successfully navigate multigenerational teams: Learn how to effectively collaborate and communicate with people from different generations. You learned interesting facts from the world of each of the 5 generations that currently rule the market and Tereza shared useful tips on how to navigate them.

Martin Fuks has 20 years of experience leading his own companies or sales and product teams. Martin shared valuable lessons on communication and information transfer. He showed us how easily information is lost and how important it is to communicate effectively.
