The first in our series of JOBka Open day events is successfully over. The event took place on 18 April 2024 in Moravia, in the beautiful surroundings of the Termal Hotel in Pasohlávky and offered a varied and diverse programme for all participants.Filip Dřímalka
Filip presented The future of non-work: how to make HR a leader in the use of AI in any organization.
People in HR have a great opportunity to become ambassadors of non-work. Filip Dřímalka showed the best ways to collaborate with AI and introduce it to your team or the whole organization.
This was followed by Tereza Maisner’s presentation How to successfully navigate multigenerational teams: Learn how to effectively collaborate and communicate with people from different generations. You learned interesting facts from the world of each of the 5 generations that currently rule the market and Tereza shared useful tips on how to navigate them.
