A new dimension in production management and communication
It is with great enthusiasm that we introduce the next milestone in the evolution of JOBKA – version 5.0, codenamed Orbit. Why Orbit? Because just like a satellite in orbit, JOBka now provides even better visibility, stability and connectivity across the entire production universe. What’s all new in this version?
🧠 Artificial intelligence for message translationWhat it can do. If you have language mutations, translation is a matter of a few clicks.Example: Do you have employees from Ukraine and Serbia? Send an important HR announcement (e.g. shift change or new OSH rules) and the app will automatically translate the message into their native language.
📋 Multiquestionnaires with language supportWhat it does. The survey has 6 questions and employees receive it in their native language with the menu attached
🔔 Notification when the survey is closedWhat it does. When the survey is closed, the system automatically sends the results to the trainer and management emails – no manual forwarding.
💾 Automatic saving of the survey in progressWhat it does: The survey in progress is saved continuously, whether you are filling it out from your mobile or computer.Practical example: an employee starts filling out the survey during a break on his mobile, but finishes it at home in the evening on his laptop – no data loss.
🛠️ Separate backoffice access managementWhat it does: Companies can create API access keys themselves without having to contact support.Practical example: the IT department needs to connect JOBka to the internal attendance system. They create their own API access instantly – without waiting for support intervention. To activate this feature, email us at podpora@jobka.cz.
📤 Custom data exportsWe can now create custom exports in json, xml or txt form.
🔐 S ecurity and stabilityWhat it can do. At the same time, the company complies with GDPR and is assured of stable operation even on the latest devices.
🍽️ Canteen managementWhat it can do. The administrator simply deletes the original menu for the day and the staff can see the current status.
🎓 JOBKA academy (help widget)What it does: A new colleague in HR needs to create a questionnaire. She clicks on the help widget right in the backoffice and finds instructions on how to do it in a moment.
📎 Asynchronous attachment uploadWhat it does.
🌍 New languagesWe’ve expanded language support to include Romanian and Serbian – both in the backoffice, mobile app and web client.
📧 E nhancements to the communication moduleWhat it can do. He sends the notification via the app and by email and attaches a PDF flyer.
📘 API documentation in English
👥 Extended management of employees, tokens and groups via APIWhat it can do.
