Here’s a round-up of the highlights – including examples of how to use them directly from the field. What’s new? 🔐 JOBka SSO – single sign-on – standardised automatic sign-on between systems 🔁 Repeat notifications – bulk send button – you can now hit employees with a bulk notification button. You can send notifications to all employees or only to selected employees.Practical example: due to low readership, remind only those who have not yet read an important communication (e.g. a change in the payroll system).

🎨 Branding backoffice – it is now possible to colour the system administration in your company colours for a more uniform visual style.🏷️ Module namingWhat it can do: Rename the “Communication” module to “Company News” to make it clear to employees where they can find the latest info. 🤖 AI translation of questions and surveys – we can now automatically translate questions and surveys into foreign languages via AI. 📊 Communication – Reading statisticsWhat it can do: You can see who has opened a communication and who hasn’t read it yet.
