JOBce’s Complaint Awareness module allows easy delivery of complaint information across the entire company. Employees, departments or individuals receive a PDF document, reducing the repetition of errors.
Employees can be asked to acknowledge reading, providing an audit trail. The module also allows for audit questions to help employees better understand the nature of the complaint. The name and icon can be customized.
