The Employee Mood Module allows employees to quickly express their feelings using an interactive stylus. The company can set the frequency of queries, for example once a day, weekly or on specific days.
The results are evaluated in a pie chart that provides an overview of the overall mood of the team. Additional comments can be exported to Excel for deeper analysis and trend tracking.
