In the handling of personal data, we act in accordance with the legal order of the Czech Republic and directly applicable regulations of the European Union, in particular Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, as amended, Act No. 480/2004 Coll. and in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation on certain information society services and amending certain laws, as amended.

When is it not necessary to give consent to the processing of personal data?
We may process personal data without your consent only for the following purposes:
- Performance of a contract for the provision of a service or product
- The performance of legal obligations imposed on us by generally binding legal regulations.
- Processing within the framework of legitimate interest (e.g. for direct marketing, ensuring safety and security of life).
For what purpose do we process personal data and for how long?
Data may be used for commercial and marketing purposes, i.e. to maintain a database of website users and to offer goods and services, for as long as the legal reason for this processing and use of personal and other data lasts. In other words, we collect your personal data for the purpose of enabling you to use our services and to keep you informed of news. Filling in the form – We process the personal data entered when you fill in the form in order to process your enquiry or request. We store the data in the website database and in the mailbox(es) where the message is delivered. The storage period is a maximum of 10 years.
We may usethe identification and address data in accordance with the so-called legitimate interest for the creation of internal statistics. We use the anonymised output from these statistics for the purpose of improving our services, including analysing user behaviour and marketing.
We processpersonal data collected through cookies on the basis of your consent (which you can give by confirming it on the web interface after you have been notified of the use of cookies and have had the opportunity to read this Policy). We are entitled to process the personal data collected via cookies even if you continue to use the web interface after you have been notified of the processing of such personal data. What other third party services do we use?
We also use the following third-party services to obtain feedback on our services or products and to further promote them, which may collect personal data and work within the scope of the processing agreement or current processing addendum.
Hotjar
In order to improve the visitor experience on our website, we use a third party application called Hotjar to track website browsing. By using this tool, your personal data may be stored by us and the third party Hotjar Ltd, Level 2, St Julians Business Centre, Elia Zammit Street 3, St Julians STJ 1000, Malta, Europe. Who all has access to personal data?
The processing of personal data is carried out by the Controller in accordance with the applicable legislation mentioned in the introduction of the document, but personal data may also be processed for the Controller by other entities (as processors or controllers):

We may, where appropriate, instruct other data processors or persons (for example, carriers or other persons involved in the performance of the contract and our obligations), but only to the extent necessary for the performance of the contract. We do not pass on personal data to any other person. The personal and other data collected is fully secured against misuse. Personal data will be processed in electronic form in an automated manner or in hard copy form in a non-automated manner. Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union.
What are my rights in relation to data protection?
