Marian Jelinek

X factor of successful

In his contribution, Marian reflects on the “parameters” of successful people of today. After specifying them, in the second part he will think about how to work on them, develop them, either in individuals or in companies. He will show possible solutions in an inspiring way.

Marian Jelinek comes from a sports background. He is a coach of hockey world champions, personal trainer of Jaromir Jagr, mental coach of NHL goalkeeper Petr Mrazek, former world tennis number one Karolina Pliskova and we could go on. In his career, he has looked into the cockpits of about twenty sports. His reputation goes beyond the borders of the Czech Republic and Europe.
Currently, he also works individually with entrepreneurs and managers, whom he coaches or lectures in workshops. He is a professional supervisor and lecturer in the Psychology for Managers and MSc. postgraduate studies at NEWTON University. He is the author of the following books.
