You do not have to, it is voluntary. Nevertheless, if you do so, you can certainly benefit from that. You’ll receive important information on time. You’ll be able to express your opinion (100% anonymously, if you want to) and to use further functions depending on the set of modules your company has chosen. JOBka application complies with the strictest regulations of ISO 27001 and GDPR, and its data centre is in Microsoft infrastructure (Microsoft AZURE). According to valid legislation and mentioned standards, it is not technically possible to track your GPS position without your prior consent or activation. Moreover, the JOBka application does not use the GPS position.
The JOBka application needs the camera to scan the secure QR code. Additionally, the camera is used for attaching attachments (pictures) to walls or forms. It is not technically possible to access the gallery in your phone as given in the legal requirements, and ISO 27001 and GDPR standards the JOBka application meets
